GoWest Realty Ltd., is one of the oldest independent Brokerages in the GTA. Established in October 1975 by L. Joe Gawrys, thanks to the universal attitude towards business and the extreme determination of its owner, the brokerage soon achieved a noticeable position in the real estate market. His business philosophy, based on putting the customer's needs and wants first, building trustful and respectful relationships, allowed the company to succeed in continual development, regardless of constantly changing environments.

Thanks to those values injected into the brokerage standards, from the very beginning of its existence, now in its 4th decade, GoWest Realty Ltd. keeps on being one of the largest independent real estate offices in Toronto and surrounding communities. Under the leadership of the founder's son, Christopher Gawrys (Broker of Record), the second generation of GoWest Realty Ltd. maintains the same values and has expanded the business simultaneously.
